Happened on this day… the visit of the late President Mohamed Anwar El-Sadat to Ain Shams University

The late President Mohamed Anwar Sadat laid the foundation stone for Ain Shams Specialist Hospital in 1979, and the university decided to consider the hospital as a unit of a special nature to be a pioneering experience to improve the level of health service in Egypt and to be a model for application in all other hospitals.

President Mohamed Anwar Sadat also visited the university and met with faculty staff and students at the Zafaran Palace.
