Based on the keenness of the administration of Ain Shams University to participate in local and international forums under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the "Arabic Harmony" choir and the university's folklore team participated in the "Hope Givers Campaign" concert, which was held at the "Marquee" theater - Cairo Festival City - New Cairo.

Where the university choir (Arabic Harmony) and the university's folk and performing arts team participated in a large international artistic ceremony entitled "Spreading Hope" for cancer patients, heart patients, orphans and people with special needs, with a special presence of the gentlemen with experiences from all previous categories and those with human experiences related to cancer and heart diseases, orphans and people with special needs Special for people of determination.

It is worth noting that the International Walks of Hope campaign began in 2020, when the first concert was held in Mexico in 2020, and in 2022 the second concert was held in Japan, and Cairo is preparing to receive the closing ceremony of the campaign this year, as it will be held in December 2023 at the Egyptian Opera House.

This was stated by the founder of the global campaign, Captain Anwar Al-Kamouni, the former international tennis player, as he referred to the participation of many stars of the world and the stars of the Arab world, and the presence of many public figures in all countries of the world.

   
   

Believing in the role and importance of the global campaign and with the support and keenness of the Department of Education and Student Affairs to participate and honorable representation, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud - Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, stressed the necessity of coordinating with the campaign; Where Mr. Tamer Radi, deputy advisor for student activities, in coordination with the campaign organizers, and supervision of Mr. Mostafa Essa, Director of the Artistic Activity Department, Ali prepared the concert program.

The ceremony was attended by a group of community stars and those interested in the matter, headed by the Honorary President of the Global Hope Givers Campaign, Sheikha Azza Gaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah, and Captain Anwar Al-Kamuni, founder of the Global Hope Givers Campaign, and Mr. Hesham Suleiman United Media Production and d. Amal Fekry, President of the Institute of Music and a member of the Board of Directors of the Light and Hope Association, Engineer Tamer Shawky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Baheya Breast Cancer Foundation, the great sports journalist Captain Karim Ramzi and members of the Board of Directors of the Baheya Foundation, Engineer Majid Hamdi, and the media personality Dina Amer, CEO/ Dr. Gilan Ahmed, and he participated in Share At the event, Baheya Foundation, People's Hospital, Jannat al-Kholoud Association, and the Challenge Foundation.

The "Harmony Araby" choir, led by Maestro Mahmoud Waheed, dazzled with a number of songs, some of which were specially prepared for this concert, including Medley Al-Amal (a group of songs about hope, such as "You can fly" - you are exceptional - of course you can do it).

In addition to Medley Ramadan (a group of well-known Ramadan songs) as the choir presented Medly Mohamed Mounir (Tonight, Samra - Let's Join Our Names – Nena'a El Geneina).

He concluded his singing paragraphs with the song of the procession of mummies, which dazzled the audience

Regarding the folk and performing arts team, led by Captain Hassan Shehata, it presented an artistic tableau entitled “Ana Kader” The audience praised the performance.

The preparatory rehearsals for the university’s teams (choir, folk and movement arts) were held for a week in the theater of the College of Girls and at the headquarters of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, under the supervision of Prof. Reham Al-Otifi, who is in charge of the university's assistant secretary for education and student affairs, and Prof. Muhammad Al-Sharkawi, Acting Director General of the General Administration of Youth Welfare, and Mr. Mostafa Essa, Director of Artistic Activity Department, prof. Ahmed Adel Hussein, supervisor of artistic groups and folklore in artistic activity.
