In the context of Ain Shams University's keenness to achieve excellence and competition, and in continuation of the university’s leadership in the field of prizes through its pioneering and distinguished scientists in various fields, and to benefit from the practical experience of the distinguished awards holders, the University Awards Office continued its meetings in cooperation with the electronic portal, and holding its thirty -second meeting for those who obtained local, regional and international prizes, which were held at the headquarters of the University's Network and Information Technology Center on March 6, 2023, under the supervision of Dr. Islam Hegazy, Executive Director of the Center for Network and Information Technology, Prof. Rasha Ismail, director of the electronic portal, Prof. Alaa Abdel Halim Faraj, General Supervisor of the University Award Office.
Where the University's Awards Office, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Fathi Al -Shahat, hosted a full -time professor of chemistry at the University’s Faculty of Science, who holds the State Appreciation Award for Advanced Technological Sciences in the field of basic sciences 2020, the State Award for Excellence in Technological Sciences 2012 and Ain Shams University Appreciation Award in the field of technological sciences for the year 2010 For his pioneering contributions during the journey of a long tender in various fields, which included more than 300 international and local scientific research, and participating in many scientific supervision of master's and doctoral theses for more than 200 theses and arbitration more than 500 master's and doctoral theses in addition to distinguished international publishing and diverse international and international conferences, As well as the main researcher for many applied projects for more than ten projects.

His sovereignty occupies the membership of many permanent scientific committees for promotions in the field of specialization and a member of the arbitration committees of awards and other aspects of giving and excellence.
Prof. Mohamed Fathi Al -Shahat Dergham praised the university's efforts in supporting scientific research and researchers, as well as keenness to excellence and leadership in all fields.
His Excellency also thanked and appreciated the university administration, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Al -Mutaini, President of the University and all the deputies for the efforts made in all aspects of the university sectors, and to ensure that international publishing rewards are paid continuously and regularly and honored the distinguished in international publishing.
