Vaccination of 150 students against hepatitis B virus at the Faculty of Medicine

The Department of Community, Environmental and Industrial Medicine, in cooperation with the Infection Control Unit at Ain Shams University Hospitals, at the Faculty of Medicine, organized a vaccination campaign against the hepatitis B virus for students and interns through the Faculty Medical Center. 150 male and female students were vaccinated, under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Ghada Farouk, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Ali Al-Anwar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Prof. Heba Allah Saeed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Hala Sweed, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Eman Bakr, Head of the Department of Community, Environmental and Industrial Medicine, under the supervision of Prof. Samia Abdo, Campaign Coordinator, Deputy Director of Hospitals and Director of the Infection Control Unit, and Prof. Sahar Sabbour, Professor of Public Health.
