The President of Ain Shams University issues a decision granting employees of the university an exchange vacation during half of the academic year

Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, issued a decision to grant employees of the general administration of the university and its units, vacation during the middle of the academic year for a period of two weeks, in exchange, for two batches, as follows:

Article (1)

- The first batch, starting from Saturday, corresponding to 1/28/2023 until Thursday, corresponding to 2/2/2023.

- The second batch, starting from Saturday corresponding to 4/2/2023 until Thursday corresponding to 2/9/2023.

Article (2) Coordination takes place between the general directors of the general administration, provided that half of the force is present during each period.

Article (3) General managers must take into account the interest of work and put in place the system that guarantees the progress and regularity of work during this period, taking into account the appropriate exchange so that it does not affect the good performance and the required data and services.

Article (4) Messrs Deans of faculties and institutes have the right to set a system that is consistent with working conditions during the mid-year vacation.
