The Faculty of Law Council holds its periodic meeting

The Faculty of Law Council held its periodic meeting under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Safi, Dean of the Faculty, in the presence of the Vice Deans and members of the Council.

The Council discussed a number of important issues and made appropriate recommendations regarding them, including approving the establishment of a special program to sponsor outstanding students and qualify them for the labor markets, defining the mechanisms for implementing the College’s awards for the best doctoral dissertation, the first student for postgraduate diplomas, and the first students for the three divisions, and starting Procedures for assigning new teaching assistants to the college according to the five-year plan (2021-2025)

The Council also discussed extensively the reports of the Scientific Research Ethics Committee and stressed the importance of the committee’s role in ensuring respect for scientific theses for intellectual property rights, and preserving the distinguished scientific reputation of the faculty, then he agreed to cancel the registration of some of the letters that the committee's reports revealed that they did not respect the requirements of the scientific secretariat.
