The President of Ain Shams University receives the Chinese cultural advisor to support ways of joint cooperation

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, received Mr. Lu Chunsheng, Chinese Cultural Counselor in Cairo, and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Ghada Farouk, Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Omar Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Prof. Dr. Shahira Samir, Executive Director of the International Relations and Academic Cooperation Sector, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabbagh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Sherawat Al-Ahmadi, Director of the Expatriate Department at the University, Prof. Dr. Mervat Ali, Head of the Chinese Language Department, Faculty of Al-Alsun, Prof. Dr. Adel Al-Sabbagh, Professor at the Faculty of Engineering.

During the meeting, paths of joint cooperation between Ain Shams University and the Chinese side were reviewed, where the cultural attache praised the leadership of Ain Shams University in teaching the Chinese language for decades, as well as the recent establishment of Le Pen workshops at the Faculty of Engineering, in addition to the presence of many Chinese scholars at the university and many agreements bilateralism between Ain Shams University on the one hand and multiple Chinese universities and destinations on the other.

The cultural attache and his accompanying delegation also visited the Le Pen workshops at the Faculty of Engineering and were briefed on their advanced capabilities in them, which allow the provision of advanced engineering and technical training that is unique to Ain Shams University in Africa and the Middle East.

The two sides agreed on the need to activate the largest possible number of agreements and seek to build on the fruitful cooperation between the political leadership of the two countries by maximizing the areas of cooperation.
