The Faculty of Law organizes a symposium on spreading the culture of arbitration in civil and commercial transactions

The Ain Shams Law Center for Arbitration organized this afternoon a symposium entitled: Objective Judicial Control of Arbitration Rulings in Light of Modern Judicial Attitudes, in which Professor Dr. Yassin El Shazly, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, Dr. Hatem Abdel Rahman, Director of the Arbitration Center, and Consultant Dr. Mohamed Mostafa, Counselor at the Egyptian Court of Cassation, gave a lecture, and the symposium was attended by a group of faculty staff and their assistants, postgraduate students and researchers.
