During the symposium "The Role of Youth in the New Republic" at Ain Shams University…the political thinker Dr. Mustafa Al-Feki confirms: the political leadership has realized that the youth who live the age must participate in its industry

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, opened the symposium organized by the Family for Central Egypt, entitled "The Role of Youth in the New Republic", during which the dialogue was moderated by Dr. Hatem Rabie, the pioneer of Family for Central Egypt.

During his speech, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini appreciated the journey of the great thinker, Dr. Mustafa El-Feki, saying that his life is full of achievements, giving, and love for the homeland without waiting for anything in return, and his giving extends inside and outside Egypt, as he remained the best representative of the Egyptian state.

He addressed the university's youth that they are the hope of this country and are expected to provide a lot for the future of this country, assuring the audience that they are fortunate to listen and benefit from the experiences and see an icon of the stature and value of the great thinker Dr. Mustafa al-Feki.

And Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, explained that the university, the education sector, students, and a family for the sake of central Egypt made sure that the conclusion of the seminars of the first semester was a direct dialogue with a great stature that has its weight, such as Dr. Mustafa El-Feki, in his discussion with the great thinker, pointed out that the students are keen to attend this symposium, despite their preoccupation with preparing for the first semester exams, and that they are eager to learn from his extensive experience, especially since they are the future genagetion and the axis of the new republic.

Dr. Hatem Rabie, a family leader for Central Egypt, explained that family for central Egypt aims to focus on qualifying and training young people, raising their awareness, and preparing a distinguished genagetion capable of adapting to the present data and facing its challenges, aware of the requirements of the future, and armed with the thought of the new republic.

And the political thinker, Dr. Mustafa El-Feki, began his speech by saying to the audience of young people, "Egypt is waiting for a lot from this genagetion," pointing out that the whole world is currently sharing the hardship resulting from wars and epidemics, which is the most dangerous thing we can face.

And he emphasized that Egypt is a unique country in its formation, and the evidence is what US President Joe Biden said when he spoke about Egypt, describing it as the mother of the world, the cradle of civilizations, and stressed that attachment to this country is the key on which every scientific and political position is built.

In a question about his vision of the issue of genagetional conflict, Dr. Mustafa al-Feki described it as the most dangerous conflict, and the superiority of any genagetion over the one that preceded it is evidence of the greatness of the transfer of experiences.

In a question about whether today's youth are separated from their reality, he affirmed that the youth of Egypt are not separated from reality and that the concept of stardom has become different for today's genagetion, and interest in politics has become a genagel matter, so today's youth must have a contribution to life. And he said that caring about national matters has become a necessity, and the current circumstances need a spirit of adventure, storming, and change and that the current youth have changed their standards of concern, indicating that the Egyptian mind is a burning and active mind, but it must be employed to serve the future that we expect, and this is what creates the difference between people. The skills of an organized mind, realizing the importance of the element of time, walking on the path of anticipating the future, striving for the new, and avoiding those who call for frustration and disappointment are all factors that drive progress.

He called on the new genagetion to read, despite the technologies of communication and the information revolution. Genagetions must communicate, and he called on young people to think and intagect with everything around them and to be constantly informed, saying, "You have to be a real human machine in the age of artificial intelligence, and we have to realize that survival is for the fittest."

In response to a question about how young people judge the credibility of information with the large number of platforms that provide information, he replied, "We live in an open world, and you have to read everything that comes your way, and the world is in a huge struggle for survival or annihilation, and you have to work your mind and evaluate what is presented to you, stressing that health education is to open all windows and with time and experience, the individual gains the experience of sorting the precious from the chaff.

In response to a question, of how we protect our youth from false information, Dr. Mustafa Al-Feki said "We are in a time when we cannot prevent information, as doors and windows are open, but the principle of citizenship and immersion in patriotism should be upheld while emphasizing that dialogue is the language of the age."

Talks touched on the World Youth Forum and the opportunities granted to young people, and the great thinker indicated that the political leadership realized that the youth who live the age must participate in its industry and that the rotation of power and the turnover of the elite is necessary to bring about a movement in society to rise to the top while giving the right to the new genagetions.

The symposium concluded by honoring Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, to the great thinker, Dr. Mustafa El-Feki, and gifting him the shield of Ain Shams University, in gratitude for his extensive giving career, both locally and internationally.
