The Shams Unit at the Networks Center organizes a series of workshops on the electronic archive system

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and supervised by Dr. Islam Hegazy, Executive Director of the Networks and Information Technology Center, the Shams Unit organized a workshop on the Shams electronic archive system.

The lecture was delivered by Eng. Mahmoud Ramadan, Director of the Shams Unit, in cooperation with Eng. Ahmed Attia, who were keen to explain how to use the electronic archive system to archive all internal correspondence at the university, stressed that this system is effective in communicating with all departments and sectors in the university electronically.

For his part, Dr. Islam Hegazy confirmed that this workshop targeted a number of employees in the office of the Secretary General of the University, pointing out that it comes within the framework of a series of workshops organized by the Center with the aim of supporting digital transformation steps, in implementation of the directives of the university leadership.
