Signing an agreement between the Francophone University Agency and the Faculty of Law to establish a legal clinic as part of an international project involving French and Arab universities

Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, and Jean-Noel Ballio, Regional Director of the Francophone University Agency for the Middle East, signed a protocol between the University's Faculty of Law and the regional office of the University Agency for the Middle East to establish a legal clinic in cooperation with a network of Arab and French universities.

In his speech during the signing ceremony, Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of Ain Shams University, said that cooperation with the Francophone University Agency has been going on for many years in various fields, and he indicated that this new project with the Faculty of Law deepens this partnership in the Middle East, as it is one of the initiatives sponsored by the Francophone University Agency.

As for Prof. Mohamed Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, he pointed out in his speech to the importance of the issue of this partnership, whose topic is about developing the mechanisms of legal education and linking the study with reality by providing the opportunity for students to practice the legal profession during their studies under technical and academic supervision through international academic cooperation. With universities and prestigious international institutions in a precedent that is the first of its kind, Egyptian law schools.

In his speech during the signing ceremony, Professor Jean-Noel Paleo expressed his happiness with this cooperation and referred to the effectiveness of cooperation with the staff at Ain Shams University, and expressed his willingness to develop cooperation with the college and the university in other fields. The Francophone University Agency office announced the news of the signing with Ain Shams University on its official page on social networking sites.

Attended the signing ceremony, which took place remotely via video conferencing technology, Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Al-Shafi'i, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Yassin Tharwat El-Shazly, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Ahmed Dehom, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Khaled Hamdy, Professor and Head of the Civil Law Department and Director of the French Division of the Faculty of Law, and Dr. Ahmed Khalifa, Director of the International Cooperation Office at the Faculty of Law.
