The Minister of Higher Education issues a decision to form the Supreme Committee to supervise student elections for the academic year 2022/2023

Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued Ministerial Resolution No. 4597 on November 16, 2022, regarding the formation of the Supreme Committee to supervise and follow up student elections nationwide for the academic year 2022/2023, headed by Dr. Taya Abdel-Taif, Advisor to the Minister for Student Activities, and the membership of: Dr. Adel Abdel Ghaffar, media advisor and official spokesperson for the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Sameh Sayed, legal advisor to the minister, and prof. Youmna Yasser in the minister's office, and prof. Ibrahim Saeed Hamza, Director General, Vice President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Ahmed Mohamed Hassan, responsible for the Information Technology Unit.

The committee is concerned with communicating and coordinating with the higher committees supervising the elections in universities and institutes, and preparing daily reports and statistics for the electoral process.
