Listing the Green Transformation Unit at the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Environmental Research at Ain Shams University within the achievements of the President of the Republic in the environmental sector in Egypt

Since President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi took office seven years ago, the environment file in Egypt has witnessed milestones that have increased Egypt’s role in the environmental field on the regional and global arena, due to President El-Sisi’s belief in environmental issues and its role in achieving sustainable development that Egypt aspires to, and its status Among the priorities of the national agenda, which constituted a strong impetus for the Egyptian environment, Prof. Dr. Noha Samir Donia, Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Environmental Research, adding that Ain Shams University was the pioneer in taking care of the issue of the environment and climate change.

Prof. Dr. Noha Samir Donia indicated that the Green Transformation Unit has been included in the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Environmental Research at Ain Shams University, which was established last year under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, is among the environmental achievements of the President of the Republic, as a result of the integration of efforts to improve the environment system with the state’s general strategy for the rational management of environmental systems and natural resources and the expansion of the use of clean energy from natural gas.
