A public lecture on climate and environmental changes at the Faculty of Law

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, the Faculty organized a public lecture on “Environmental and Climate Changes and Their Effects on the National Economy”, during which Prof. Dr. Abdullah Al-Saeedi, Professor and former Head of the Economics Department at the Faculty, gave a lecture about the relationship of sustainable development The environment and the impact of climate change on economic resources and development.

Also, Dr. Mohamed Kamel, faculty staff at the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Environmental Research, Ain Shams University, gave a lecture, speaking about the carbon footprint and the risks of environmental changes on the future of humanity.

The seminar was attended by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Safi, Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim Al-Shafei, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs, Dr. Hussein Mahrous, head of the Student Rights Unit, and Dr. Sally Samir, head of the Center for Legal and Economic Studies, and a group of faculty staff and their assistants, and a crowd of students in the auditorium of Prof. Dr. Abdel-Ahad Gamal El-Din.
