Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Diaa Zein El Abidine, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, the Scholarships Welfare Office at Ain Shams University, in cooperation with the British Council, is organizing a workshop entitled “Qualification for the IELTS Test” on Saturday, September 24, 2022.
The workshop comes within the framework of Ain Shams University's keenness to qualify the faculty members and their assistants at the university for international representation at all levels of education and scientific research and to enhance the role of the graduate studies and research sector at the Faculty of Dentistry in developing the skills of students and researchers and improving language and research skills that allow graduates to represent the university in major international universities.
The workshop is held under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Diaa Zine El Abidine, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Abu Khalaf, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Sami, General Supervisor of the Scholarships Welfare Office at the university.
The workshop targets undergraduate students, postgraduate students, faculty members and the faculty’s supporting staff.
The workshop will be held on Saturday, September 24, at 11 am until 3 pm (in Student Amphitheater 1 on the ground floor) with the application of all precautionary measures to confront the Corona virus.
The workshop will be lectured by Mr. Samer Fadel, Business Development Manager at the British Council, and Mr. Adam Ahl, the IELTS trainer and expert at the British Council.
The workshop includes an explanation of the various sources and testing services provided, strategies for preparing for the exam in its four parts, and a review of the types of common questions in the exam.
