Ain Shams University organizes the Scientific Knowledge Cup for Egyptian Universities

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University and Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the General Administration of Youth Welfare is organizing the "Scientific Knowledge Cup for Egyptian Universities" competition from August 26, 2022 until 30 of the same month, with the participation of 22 Egyptian universities. Governmental, private and private, in addition to Ain Shams University, with a total number of 111 students and supervisors, and each team includes two female students and two male students from each university.

The universities flocked to the residence of students in the university city and the university city for female students, which harnessed all its capabilities in serving these important events, and a preliminary meeting was held to conduct the lottery between universities and the competition controls.

The jury for the competition includes: Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Faculty of Education, and Dr. Ahmed Gamal Mustafa, Faculty of Science, and Dr. Walid Khaled Sayed, Faculty of Education.

It is known that this is the first time that Ain Shams University holds a summit competition between universities and has been hosting delegations on the university's land for a long time.

Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, made many contacts to check on the comfort of all students and to confirm that all university students are honored guests on the land of their second university, Ain Shams University.

His Excellency stressed that all the university’s capabilities are harnessed for the sake of the success of the competition and the comfort and happiness of the students of Egypt’s universities, future leaders, and that the main purpose of the Learning and Student Affairs Sector of student activities is to work on discovering scientific, technical and other talents, and to work on qualifying a student who is a fit leader in the future and preparing student leaders In order to ensure for all these students how to make decisions and solve problems that meet each student in his working life, as well as extending friendship bonds with all students from all universities.

This competition is held under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tamer Rady, Advisor to the Vice President for Student Activities, Professor Muhammad Al-Khatib, Assistant Secretary of the University, Mr. Muhammad Al-Sharkawi, Director General of Youth Welfare, and Mr. Talaat Abdo, Director of the Department of Scientific Activity.
