The Minister of Higher Education inspects the main coordination office at Ain Shams University

Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, inspected the headquarters of the Main Coordination Office at Ain Shams University; To check on his readiness to receive students before the start of coordination work during the coming period, accompanied by Mr. Atta, head of the education sector and supervisor of the work of the coordination office in the ministry, and a number of officials of the coordination office.

During the inspection tour, Abdel Ghaffar reassured the electronic system for coordination work, praising the efforts made by those in charge of the coordination office, stressing the need to pay attention to answering all questions of students and parents, work to overcome all obstacles that students may face, and carefully review all papers received from them; In preparation for the completion of their enrollment in Egyptian colleges and institutes for the academic year 2022/2023.

Dr. Abdul Ghaffar visited the halls designated for managing the coordination office and receiving students, and ensuring that all the necessary capabilities are provided at all levels for the appearance of the coordination office in an appropriate manner, and in a manner that achieves the interest of workers and students who frequent it, stressing the need to facilitate students, work to achieve the principle of justice, and meet all the wishes of students. according to the rules regulating it.

         
   
         

The Minister of Higher Education also met with a number of employees of the Coordination Office and citizens, and was briefed on all services provided to students, noting the importance of the role they play throughout the coordination period.

At the conclusion of the inspection tour, the Minister stressed the need to follow the necessary precautionary measures to ensure the safety of students and parents, stressing the commitment of all those who frequent the Coordination Office to the instructions for social distancing, and the implementation of all necessary preventive measures.

Mr. Atta explained that the Office for the Coordination of Admission to Universities and Institutes began its work this year on Monday, July 25, by organizing aptitude tests for students for the new academic year 2022/2023 for those wishing to enroll in some colleges whose admission is required to pass aptitude tests, which will continue until August 6 2022.
