The President of Ain Shams University visits the World design studio pavilion on the sidelines of Ain Shams Innovates events

On the sidelines of the Ain Shams Innovate events, the World Design Studio pavilion was visited by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and with them a group of deans and invited guests of company owners.

Dr. Ayman Farid and Dr. Ahmed Khaled presented the studio managers, along with the team of the teaching assistants, Eng. Nada Tarek, and Ms. Noura Al-Amin, an overview of this year’s project, which is located in the United States of America, to design an advanced and smart campus for the automotive industry. The students presented ideas for the three projects submitted by them, which focused on the concepts of the fourth generation of universities and presented new creative ideas that make the new campus an oasis of innovation and entrepreneurship in Automobile and engine industry.

Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini praised the students’ performance and stressed the importance of integrating these ideas presented by the students to reach a comprehensive vision. For such projects, and in the end, Vice President Dr. Ayman Saleh explained that these projects are a nucleus of scientific research that links the academy with industry, which is what fourth-generation universities should work on and encourage students to continue presenting these ideas.
