A workshop entitled (Smart Building Systems) at the Faculty of Engineering

Within the framework of the Conference Committee of the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University, organizing a series of workshops and discussion sessions in the light of the work of the international conference entitled (Smart Cities - Opportunities and Challenges), the first workshops and research discussions entitled (Smart Building Systems) were held yesterday, Tuesday, June 21, 2022 AD. Researchers, faculty and supporting staff interested in participating and publishing research papers.

The workshop was held in the Seminar Hall of the College’s Central Library at ten in the morning, and the session was moderated by: Prof. Dr. Amr Ali Abdel Rahman - Professor in the Department of Structural Engineering, and the participation of a number of researchers from faculty members specialized in this field from other departments, namely:

Prof. Dr. Adel Muhammad Munib Al-Sabbagh - Professor in the Department of Design and Production Engineering

Prof. Dr. Hossam Al-Barambali - Professor in the Department of Architectural Engineering

Dr. Muhammad Kahil Muhammad Fayez - Assistant Professor, Department of Structural Engineering

Dr. Amr Al-Binhawi - Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Power Engineering

Dr. Yasmine Sharif - Instructor, Department of Structural Engineering

This is in implementation of the vision of the college and the conference in the principle of interdisciplinary studies and joint research in different disciplines.
