The Faculty of Graduate Studies for Childhood celebrates Mother's Day and honors mothers of children with special needs

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, honored Prof. Dr. Howayda Al-Gebali, Dean of the Graduate School of Childhood Studies, Prof. Dr. Randa Kamal, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Kahki, director of the Center for Special Needs Care, honoured a group of professors namely: Prof. Dr. Saadia Bahader, Dr. Fayza Youssef, Dr. Etimad Khalaf, Dr. Zakaria Desouky, Dr. Medhat Shehata, Dr. Maysa Nasr, a group of faculty staff, teachers, the teaching assistants, Prof. Hossam Mahdi, the Secretary of the Faculty, and Prof. Gehan Essa, the Secretary of the Center, administrators, doctors, specialists at the faculty and centers, and parents of children.

         
   
         

Where Dr. Howayda Al-Gebali stressed that the role of women is prominent and effective throughout the ages, and pointed to honorable models of women among the mothers of children of determination, who have a distinguished role in Improving their children and making them able to interact with society.

The festive shows presented by the children of the Care Center for Special Needs included a generous Quran, a fashion show, and a choir for the children of the Enrichment Activities Unit. The celebration was organized by the social activities team (the Fun Team).
