Workshop on Test Automation at the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences

Under the auspices of Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Nagwa Badr, Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences, Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences hosted Eng. Mohab Mohy, owner of Automatest and founder of the SHAFT_Engine platform, on Thursday, the seventeenth of this March. The workshop lasted for two hours, from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm, and about 60 attended Students from different teams with different programs and specializations.

Eng. Mohab Mohy attended the workshop and reviewed the importance of Test Automation, when its application is necessary and how to prepare for it as a career path.

This meeting comes as a second step for the fruitful cooperation that began with training of trainees for two members of the faculty’s supporting body on the latest practical methods for testing software automatically during the month of February 2022.

This cooperation is one of the most important steps undertaken by the Alumni Unit, led by Dr. Yasmine Afifi to reduce the difference between graduates and the needs of the labor market.
