The 34th Conference of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology kicks off at the Faculty of Medicine

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Ashraf Omar, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board of Directors, the "34th Conference of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology in Ain Shams Medicine" was inaugurated, in the presence of Prof. Osama Mansour, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, and Prof. Shahira Samir, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Heba Allah Saeed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Hanan Saleh, head of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology, President of the Conference, and a group of professors from the Department of Dermatology.

In his speech, Prof. Dr. Osama Mansour, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Medicine for Postgraduate Affairs, thanked and appreciated on behalf of the Faculty administration for the great effort made by the Dermatology Department, stressing the excellence of the Dermatology Department, where it witnessed a strong demand from graduate students, and distinguished scientific research that it provides annually, recommending Graduates of the department follow up on all that is new about dermatology and related research, which indicates the heritage of the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University.

Dr. Shahira Samir, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, expressed her happiness for her participation in the annual conference in the Department of Dermatology and Venereology, which is attended by a constellation of professors specializing in dermatology, describing them as guerrillas who do not wait for anything in return for community service, praising the role of deputies and assistant professors at the university.

Her Excellency stressed that the Faculty of Medicine and the University are keen to support all departments of the Faculty to achieve more medical and research successes.

On the other hand, Dr. Hebatullah Said saluted and thanked the successful system of Ain Shams medicine, behind conscious and aware leaders of the role of the university and Ain Shams medicine in bearing responsibility in community service, with a high level of professionalism and science and able to keep pace with everything that is new, praising the roles of colleagues in the dermatology departments, the head of the dermatology department and the head The conference, on the great efforts made by the Department of Dermatology and Venereology.

Prof. Dr. Hanan Saleh, Head of the Dermatology Department and President of the Conference, confirmed that the conference presents all methods of treatment of dermatology with modern and advanced methods that serve the environment and society in dermatology, venereal diseases and andrology.

She indicated that the conference will discuss 8 sessions, each session divided into two successive sessions, and a session that presents rare and distinct cases, carefully studied, in the presence of an Italian speaker from the University of Italy.
