The launch of “Able to Challenge for People of Determination” Festival, at the Faculty of Arts

The activities of "Able to Challenge for People of Determination" was launched at the Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Mortada, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and the implementation of Mrs. Neamat Khalifa, Director of the Youth Welfare Department at the Faculty, Habiba Nasser, President of the Faculty Union, her deputy, Maryam Adel, and Mustafa Mohamed, Secretary of the Social Committee, Ahmed Mahmoud, Assistant Secretary.

The festival continues from today until Thursday, March 10, and the festival activities include a number of competitions in various fields, including singing - religious chanting - reciting poetry - drawing - handicrafts. Human development for people of determination, and an award is given to the ideal student with special needs.

The jury was chaired by Prof. Dr. Hanan Kamel and participated in its membership Mr. Muhammad Al-Khatib, professor at the Department of Drama and Dramatic Criticism, Dr. Nagwa Shukri, teacher at the Libraries Department.

More than 25 students who are blind, visually impaired, and people with special needs participate in the festival with the aim of competing and participating in all student activities.
