Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Counselor Ezzat Abu Zaid, head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, signed a joint cooperation protocol between Ain Shams University represented by the Faculty of Law and the Administrative Prosecution Authority, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr.. Muhammad Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Nagy Abdel-Momen, the former dean of the faculty, and Counselor Ahmed Musa, Secretary-General of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Shafei, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Yassin Al-Shazly, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Mustafa El-Gohary, Head of the Criminal Law Department at the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Mona Ramadan, Head of Public Law Department, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Lotfy, Head of the Private International Law Department.

         
   
         

Counselor Ezzat Abu Zaid thanked Ain Shams University for accepting the Administrative Prosecution Authority as a member of the Council of the Faculty of Law. Counselor Ezzat Abu Zaid, head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority, explained that law faculties in general should be interested in teaching the principles of investigation adequately, as it is part of the work of judicial authorities such as the prosecution Administrative and Public Prosecution.

As expressed by A. Dr.. Mahmoud El-Matini, President of Ain Shams University, expressed his happiness to cooperate with the Administrative Prosecution Authority to achieve benefit and benefit for both parties.

Prof. Dr. Muhammad Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, said that the protocol aims primarily to refine and develop the expertise and capabilities of prosecutors to keep pace with legal, administrative and technical developments, provide the requirements for achieving prompt justice, control the administrative work system, and establish the values ​​and standards of accountability, integrity and transparency.

         
   
         

As well as cooperation in the fields of training and qualifying candidates to work on administrative behalf and its employees, implementing training courses that would increase judicial and legal awareness of youth, exchanging scientific experiences in management sciences, human development, training and legal culture, and organizing and holding joint activities such as courses, seminars, workshops, and conferences; In addition to organizing simulations and mock-ups that were pioneered by the Faculty of Law more than twenty years ago.
