Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Sauod, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Eldamaty, Dean of the Faculty of Archeology, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hossam Tantawi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and the implementation of Mr. Tamer Tharwat Al-Assal, Director of Youth Welfare Department, the committee supervising the student union elections at the Faculty of Archeology announced the results of the first elections for the Student Union Board.
The elections began according to the timetable announced by the Ministry of Higher Education on Thursday, November 18, 2021, by opening the door for candidacy for the elections by withdrawing and submitting forms, and ended on Sunday, December 5, 2021. The formation of the Faculty Student Union Board was as follows:

Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Al-Damaty held a meeting with members of the union after the results were announced, during which he expressed his happiness with the honorable appearance of the electoral process and the inauguration of the federation's president and deputy, and his full readiness to provide support to this nascent council and provide all training needs.
Prof. Dr. Hossam Tantawi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, called on the Union Board to start practicing its tasks and work and prepare timetables and work plans for distinguished and diverse student activities from competitions, parties, seminars, camps and competitions of all kinds that serve their colleagues during the coming period, and help in qualifying them for scientific and practical life. Mr. Tamer Tharwat Al-Assal, Director of Student Welfare Department, stated that the administration's doors are wide open for students to organize artistic, cultural and recreational activities with the full support of the Central Department for Student Welfare at the university and other faculties.
