Corona, the research project of the Faculty of Girls

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and with the support and encouragement of Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, the research project of the Faculty of Girls students entitled (Corona: a multidisciplinary research study for the current and future pandemic) was approved, which includes 24 research for faculty staff at the faculty includes different disciplines of arts, sciences and education.

In this context, Prof. Dr. Amira Youssef, Dean of the Faculty of Girls, congratulated Professor Hanan Al-Shaer, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Girls for Graduate Studies and Research, for approval, stressing that the project is a pioneering step in the scientific research process in the faculty and contributes to linking scientific research with global issues and serving various sectors locally and globally.

For her part, Prof. Hanan Al-Shaer, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research and Director of the project, explained that it aims to study the pandemic and provide solutions and applications.

She added that the project contributes to the expansion of international publishing and serving various sectors such as health, education, family and environment with the results, applications and products of participating research.
