The President of Ain Shams University inspects the vaccination of students of the Faculty of Business

Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini inspected the progress of the vaccination process for students of different teams and divisions at the Faculty of Business, in the regular and affiliation systems, for postgraduate students and integrated e-learning, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadry, Dean of the Faculty of Business, Prof. Dr. Hayam Wahba, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Shaheen, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Abdel Alim, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, at the Vaccination Headquarters at the Faculty of Business and the field hospital.

His Excellency praised all the precautionary measures taken to organize the students, and he also responded to the questions and inquiries of the students about the vaccine, as he urged them to receive the vaccine for their safety and the safety of society.

On the other hand, Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadry, Dean of the Faculty of Business, said that the vaccination of all students of the faculty in all teams and divisions is underway, in addition to graduate students and integrated e-learning, noting that the vaccination has started to be given to the first-year students of Egyptians and expatriates from today until the completion of all students.

Today, students flocked to receive the vaccine, and water bottles and disinfectant packages were distributed to the students.

It is worth noting that it was decided to vaccinate the first group under the age of 18 in public universities with the Pfizer vaccine, as it is the permissible vaccine according to international protocols for that age group, as that group did not receive the Corona vaccine before according to international protocols.

According to international protocols, the Pfizer vaccine is currently available for those under 18 years of age, and therefore the student enters his data on the Ministry of Health website and identifies the age group as well as the university he is enrolled in. Then, the health directorates at the governorate level provide the necessary numbers of doses of the Pfizer vaccine and supply them to universities to give them the doses.
