Ain Shams University continues to reap the awards at various theater festivals

The theatrical show "Minus Zero" won the Excellence Award during its participation in the National Festival of Egyptian Theater, under the auspices of Prof. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.

The show "Minus Zero" was also nominated for Best Second Center Show, Best Young Director and won the Excellence in Make-up Award.

It is noteworthy that the theatrical show "Minus Zero" has won many awards in more than one festival, the last of which is the Creativity Festival, where it won awards for best show, best director, best actor and best actress.

This has been honored, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini and Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, the team more than once within the group of students of the university theater team and other student activities.

During a number of parental meetings with students, Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud stressed the provision of all possibilities and all support for student activities in general and theatrical activity in particular.

It is expected that the theatrical show (Minus Zero) will travel from October 23 to November 1 to the Kingdom of Morocco to participate in the Tangier International University Theater Festival.

In the same context, and within the framework of the participation of Ain Shams University students in the National Festival of Egyptian Theater, the theatrical show “Events not related to reality” for a team of Ain Shams University specialists won the Best Dramaturgy award at the National Festival, knowing that this show won the Best Award in Ebdaa Festival.
