Faculty of Al-Alsun organizes a celebration to honor the acting team and the choir team that won first place at the university level
The Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University organized a celebration to honor the students of the faculty participating in the technical activities for the academic year 2020/2021, taking into account the precautionary measures, organized by the General Administration of Youth Welfare at the university, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University and Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs.
Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University, in the presence of Prof. Nasser Abdel Aal, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Dr. Youmna Azmy, Professor in the Spanish Language Department and Advisor to the Technical Committee, Professor Afaf El-Deeb, Director of Youth Welfare and Professor Hisham Al-Khodari, and Professor Rabab Muhammad, sponsored the youth of the faculty students participating in cultural activities at the end of the academic year 2020/2021, so the faculty choir team was honored for obtaining first place at the university level, during his participation in the activities of the Festival of Music and Choir for Variety 2020/2021, the faculty’s representative team was also honored for its outstanding participation during the activities of the “Great Acting” festival, and achieved fifth place in a presentation entitled “The Canal”, which monitored the lives of the Egyptians who dug the Suez Canal in 1859, in the presence of a group of professors, officials and students of the faculty.
Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, confirmed that the various activities contribute to building the students’ personality, and are a cornerstone in addition to the educational materials within the university to hone students’ skills and discover their talents early. She stressed that the university works according to a strategic plan; It aims to develop and invest in the human element before graduation through its full support for its students in various activities, praising the level of the college choir team that presented an outstanding show.
