Ain Shams University launches an incentive award for faculty staff

Within the framework of the keenness of Ain Shams University, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini to encourage its faculty staff, the university board approved the establishment of Ain Shams University Incentive Award, to honor the university’s sons of the teaching assistants, teachers and assistant professors who play a distinguished role in serving the university and enriching the educational and research process. This was stated by Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research Affairs.

His Excellency added that the value of the award amounts to twenty-five thousand Egyptian pounds. He also clarified the approval of the University Council to amend the rules and conditions for candidacy for the Ain Shams University Appreciation Award, which has been approved since 1993, and is granted to faculty members with distinguished scientific contributions, which contribute to the development of the process. Educational, research, and community sciences at the university in the fields of science (medical, engineering, architecture, technology, educational, basic, social, agricultural). When selecting the winners of the university’s appreciation awards, and giving all faculty members a full opportunity to apply for those awards.
