A training course to prepare trainers for adult education at the Faculty of Education

Within the framework of Ain Shams University's keenness to prepare students to carry out a literacy and adult education project, the Adult Education Center at Ain Shams University held a training course to prepare trainers for adult education.

The course was opened by Prof. Dr. Hazem Rashid, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Ashour Al-Omari, Head of the Literacy and Adult Education Authority, Prof. Dr. Islam Al-Saeed, Director of the Adult Education Center at the faculty, and Prof. Dr. Suhaib Tolba, Director of the Literacy Project Unit at the faculty.

The first training day was with Dr. Ashour Al-Omari, head of the commission, presenting an overview of the national project to eradicate illiteracy and the steps taken by Ain Shams University. The course was held at the Faculty of Education and in the presence of thirty faculty members from the scientific, literary and educational departments. The training course will be completed on Tuesday and Wednesday until Thursday, provided that the faculty is preparing another group of faculty staff for training on the national project for literacy and adult education.
