In the second phase of coordinating university admissions, a heavy turnout for the electronic coordination labs at the Faculty of Engineering, and Faculty of Girls

Tuesday, August 31, students of the second phase to coordinate university admissions for the academic year 2022/2021 flocked to the electronic coordination laboratories in the Faculty of Engineering, and Faculty of Girls at Ain Shams University, amid following strict precautionary measures to prevent the emerging corona virus under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, supervised by Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, in order to ensure the safety and security of students, their parents and supervisors of coordination work.

Where the electronic coordination laboratories at the Faculty of Engineering at Ain Shams University witnessed a heavy turnout from students of the second stage to coordinate university admissions for the academic year 2020/2021 amid strict precautionary measures taken by the faculty under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Omar Al-Husseini, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, to prevent overcrowding and achieve distancing between students while registering their desires, and to commit to wearing medical masks to confront the Corona virus, in addition to measuring the temperature and continuous sterilization.

Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabbagh, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering of Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, inspected, during his tour, that the faculty administration was keen to provide all the necessary capabilities for prevention in the coordinating laboratories and to provide work teams to help students and parents to register their desires, and places to wait for students and their parents to prevent crowding of students during record their desires.

And 4 laboratories have been allocated equipped with (100) computers connected to the Internet, as well as a work team selected with expertise in this field to serve the students and help them register desires.

Mrs. Sayeda Taha Muhammad al-Khouli, who is in charge of supervising the laboratories, indicated that the coordination laboratories in the faculty receive students from nine in the morning until four in the afternoon throughout the coordination days, including vacation days, as the second phase of coordination began today, Tuesday, August 31, and is scheduled to continue until 4 September, stressing that all those in charge of the faculty's electronic coordination laboratories will wait until the last student finishes registering his desires, as the faculty receives students from all areas surrounding the faculty, some of whom come from long distances.

At Faculty of Girls, Prof. Dr. Amira Ahmed Youssef, Dean of the Faculty of Girls, Ain Shams University, toured the faculty's electronic coordination laboratories, stressing adherence to precautionary measures, providing masks and disinfectant materials and sterilizing laboratories periodically, directing students and workers to adhere to social distancing.

She added that the faculty has allocated two laboratories equipped with (40) computers connected to the Internet, as well as a work team selected with expertise in this field to serve students and help them meet their needs in registering desires, in addition to answering all inquiries and questions by students and their parents.
