The start of the aptitude test plan for the academic year 2021/2022 in the Faculty of Nursing

Within the framework of the state plan and the plan of the Supreme Council of Universities and Ain Shams University, faculties and institutes of nursing are included in the nursing that are enrolled through aptitude tests this year, so the faculty has developed an integrated proactive insurance plan and a package of preventive measures that include all controls to ensure the health safety of all applicants student, the faculty staff, and the employees involved in the work of aptitude tests, in light of the repercussions of the emerging Corona virus crisis, to overcome all obstacles in front of students and to successfully complete the examination process for aptitude tests while achieving the maximum levels of justice, impartiality, transparency and safety for students during the exams.

Where the exams are conducted under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sahar Musa Suleiman, Dean of the Faculty, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sahar Yassin, Vice Dean of Education and Student Affairs.

The exams are scheduled to be held over three days a week (Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, starting from 8/8/2021 to 19/8/2021), and the plan has been developed through the following procedures:

§ Ain Shams University provided technical support to the faculty in all procedures, as it was ensured that a safe environment was provided for students during aptitude tests to ensure that the faculty was ready to receive students. Also, Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Education and Student Affairs and Mrs. Reham Al-Atifi, Director of the Office of Education and Student Affairs, Ain Shams University, following up on all the details and equipment to prepare for the exams, step by step, to support the faculty and provide the necessary technical support.

§ It has been ensured that adequate auditorium are provided to accommodate advanced students, so that the distance between each student and the other is at least (one and a half meters) to achieve the maximum degree of social distancing due to the emerging corona virus pandemic.

§ Appropriate financial support has been provided to purchase all the requirements for aptitude tests, such as printing papers, answer sheets (Babel Sheet), and other requirements for control, and so on.

§ The control room was fully equipped by preparing a photocopy machine, a computer, a printer, a correction machine.....etc.

§ A number of committees have been formed to efficiently implement the aptitude test system
