Vice President of Ain Shams University for Community Service and Environmental Development inaugurates Al-Khair Market at the Faculty of Business

Prof. Dr. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, opened El-Khair, Faculty of Business, Ain Shams University, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Hisham Tamraz, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadry, the Dean of the Faculty of Business and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Gehan Ragab, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and the organization of Dr. Hanan Hussein, Director of the Special Abilities Students Support Unit, and the pioneer of the Infinity Family, in cooperation with “My hand talks” Initiative, the Disability Challenger Association and the Infinity Family, in addition to a number of volunteers from employees and graduates.

Prof. Dr. Khaled Kadry explained that the Faculty is keen to achieve social solidarity among the various groups of the university community in the Faculty by organizing such charitable exhibitions that benefit all students, employees and workers, as the symbolic return of such exhibitions is used to pay the expenses of the most needy students.

     
 
     

Prof. Dr. Gehan Ragab also indicated that the exhibition was rich in exhibits such as clothes, handicrafts and toys, which were collected through the self-efforts of faculty staff, employees and students in the Faculty, and it is worth noting that these exhibits are provided at nominal prices in order to achieve the principle of social solidarity and the market lasts for two days.

Dr. Hanan Hussein stated that El-Khair market contains 3700 pieces of clothing, ranging from women’s clothes, men’s clothes, and children’s clothes (boys and girls), and it also contains shoes, accessories, perfumes, make-up tools, furnishings, household items, decorations and books.

The students of the Support Unit have participated in the market to implement the important precautionary measures.
