Skype for Business and Smart Poster at the Faculty of Specific Education

The Faculty of Specific Education at Ain Shams University has introduced a number of new electronic services, which are being circulated in a number of faculties of the university after ensuring their importance and contribution in saving time, effort and costs, as well as easy communication.
This comes with sponsorship of Prof. Dr. Abdul Wahab Ezzat, Vice-President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, Prof. Dr. Abdul Nasser Sengab, and Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, Prof. Dr. Amani Hanafi and Director of IT Project at the University Dr. Mohamed Al-Alimi, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hani Shaker, Director of the Information Technology Unit, Faculty of Specific Education.
Dr. Hani Shaker explained that among these services, Skype for Business is used by the official email provided by the university to the faculty member, employee and student, through which the user is granted a license to benefit from the skype with high efficiency. Hence we wanted to use this service in organizing Workshops for faculty members on the advantages of using the email through this service in times they can be full-time.
He added that the organized workshops in faculty online 90% or more.
He pointed out that the smart label among the services provided also, and was created due to the lack of knowledge of the students' lists of materials and subjects of courses and the ease of attendance, absence and other services. This service was created that provides the student access to (list of material, previous tests, download course, and contact the subject professor) online through e-mail.
