egypt Welcome to Ain Shams University
At an open-air lunch ... a dialogue from the heart and mind between the Vice President of the University and the students of the university city

It was not the first time that Prof. Dr. Abd Al-Fattah Saoud, Vice President of Ain Shams University, his children are students residing in the university city by sharing with them one table of food ... He stands to take a turn until he gets his meal just like any student living in the university city. He sits with them all affectionately at one of the tables in the open restaurant, then exchanges with them. Talk in an atmosphere of intimacy and intimacy in which feelings of parenthood and friendship are mixed with the burdens of responsible leadership at the same time.

This is the usual practice since he took over the presidency of the education and students sector. Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud maintains constant communication with his children ... with an open heart and a wise mind that listens to their opinions and delves into their thoughts, so they find with him what relieves them the feeling of alienation and restore with him the feelings of the family that they left in their wallets and countries in pursuit of seeking knowledge.

With full transparency and frankness, he discusses with them what they are going through during the exam period ... He listens to their views on the system for receiving lectures under the circumstances of the pandemic, and he is keen to know their views on the meals provided to them in terms of quality and quantity, so he transmits their opinions in the moment to the chef, and is interested in inspecting Kitchens in which food is prepared in order to assure himself of their quality and safety and the application of those responsible for preparing them for all health and safety standards.

Then he listens to their views on the development of the stadiums and activity halls in the university city, as well as the comprehensive change that took place in the main campus of the university, explaining to them that the goal is not only aesthetic appearance, but rather that raising the efficiency of the infrastructure is the motivation behind all this, so that it is reflected in the quality of services provided to them.

This is the business philosophy that Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs apply ... it always stems from real awareness and coexistence with students' reality ... in pursuit of what is best for them.
