March 27 ... Ain Shams University launches its comprehensive development convoy for Qena Governorate

Within the framework of Ain Shams University's keenness, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, to play its societal role, the university continues to launch its comprehensive development convoys in the various governorates of Cairo, as the Community Service and Environmental Development Sector, headed by Prof. Dr. Hesham Tamraz, Vice President for Sector Affairs, to launch a comprehensive development convoy for the village of Abu Diab West at the Deshna Center in Qena Governorate, during the period from 27 March to 30 of the same month to serve citizens in many fields.

In this context, Mr. Suhail Hamza, Assistant Secretary of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development, made a visit to Qena Governorate, where the necessary arrangements were made for the convoy activities to take place.

He also met with a number of officials at the Governorate General Authority to get acquainted with the citizens' needs.

The convoy will include a number of axes, including the medical axis that provides free examination in various specialties and health awareness, the literacy axis in cooperation with the General Authority for Adult Education, as well as the distribution of a number of compensatory devices for people with special needs in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Solidarity.
