The Senate signs a protocol for medical cooperation with Ain Shams University

Counselor Abdel-Wahab Abdel-Razek, Chairman of the Senate, received Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University to sign a protocol for medical cooperation between the Senate and Ain Shams University, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and Dr. Samia Abdo, Deputy Executive Director of University Hospitals at Ain Shams University and Director fighting the infection.

The President of the Council thanked the efforts made by the President of the University and the doctors accompanying him to announce the protocol for medical cooperation between the Senate and Ain Shams University, which is concerned with providing advice related to infection control methods in light of the global pandemic (Covid 19).

For his part, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini thanked the President of the Council for the opportunity for this meeting, wishing for continued cooperation between the Council and the University, indicating that this protocol comes within the framework of cooperation between the University and the Honorable Council, stressing the university’s full readiness to provide practical measures to implement this for the members of the Council and their families, as well as Council employees and their families.

The meeting was attended by the representatives of the council, Counselor Bahaa Abu Shaqqa and Febi Fawzi, and the two deputies Dr. Hani Hanna and Dr. Mohi Hafez, and the protocol was signed by Counselor Mahmoud Atman, Secretary General of the Senate and Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini.

At the end of the meeting, the Counselor, Abdel Razek, presented the Council’s shield to the university president.
