Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, accompanied by Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Vice Deans of the Faculty, representatives of the Consulting Center of the Faculty of Engineering and the Department of Engineering Affairs at the University, 13 educational halls that accommodate a maximum of 22 students in each hall, To support the Faculty’s new programs and develop the educational halls, and it has been equipped with all technological devices, in addition to managing students ’affairs for the programs.
President of the University assured that the continuous development is for the benefit of students, faculty members and administrators in order to provide a suitable learning and work environment for all, pointing out that education today is based on competence, pointing out that the ambition of Ain Shams University is always a race and strives for excellence. Egyptians deserve keeping pace with global developments in educational methods, as our history and our civilization bears witness to that.
While Prof. Dr. Abdel-Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, pointed out that the openings we are witnessing today are an example of the best method for competency-based education, referring to the role of civil society institutions, and praising the positive role of Faculty of Al-Alsun in distance education and hybrid education Which the university is witnessing in the current period.
For her part, Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, provided that the full support provided by the University, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Abdel Fattah Saud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, is considered a starting point in the development of the educational process at the university, noting that the university administration spares no effort to overcome the obstacles facing the faculty at various levels.
