She went on to emphasize that today is a new starting point in the life of students, and their entry into university life that differs from the stage of basic education in schools, as the university student does not depend on memorization and memorization only, but rather to work from the first day to develop himself, stressing that he must The student must excel at the level of the first language and the second language together.

She continued her speech, stressing that new students in the Faculty should expand their perceptions so that the picture becomes clear to them in relation to the departments, as the internal coordination of the departments of the Faculty depends primarily on the absorptive capacity of the department and the educational capabilities available to serve the students, so the student must accept the department he joined and strive fully His energy to excel in his first language and second language; As the student of the Faculty of Al-Alsun always strives for distinction, not just success.

And she went on to point out that the students of Faculty of Al-Alsun, one of the oldest faculties in the Middle East, was founded by the great scholar Rafaa Al-Tahtawi before the establishment of the university and had a long history in cultural life through different ages. Since the direction of the Egyptian state’s strategy now is to search for innovative ideas and projects, the university has established an innovation center named after IHUB, and has branches in all faculties. It is necessary for the student to start from his first day at the university to search for himself and explore his capabilities and capabilities that enable him to develop His life after graduation and find real opportunities in life after graduation.

Stressing the need to follow the scientific method, adhere to objectivity, and establish a systematic plan to draw up the road map to reach the goals that the Faculty Student Union seeks to achieve.

Prof. Dr. Salwa Rashad, Dean of the Faculty, said that the Faculty’s leaders ’offices are open throughout the academic year to receive students’ complaints and work to develop radical solutions to their problems, noting that there are mechanisms designed to receive complaints and take the necessary measures towards any complaint filed by the student to preserve his legitimate rights, including the complaints box or Go to the office of her sovereignty or the office of one of the faculty agents.

And during his speech, Prof. Dr. Nasser Abdel Aal, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, emphasized that the graduate of Faculty of Al-Alsun at Ain Shams University is an active member in all Egyptian and international community organizations, and new the students should be aware that they will graduate in three languages, which is Arabic, indicating to students that they speak Arabic and But they are not fluent in using the Arabic language, in addition to the first and second foreign language, as studying at the Faculty is not limited to teaching languages ​​only, but rather extends to studying the patterns and behavior of other peoples, so the graduate of Al-Alsun enjoys a high culture of other societies, which is what distinguishes him in the labor market.

He continued his speech, pointing out that he is a professor of Chinese language and when he joined the department, no one had any idea that the Chinese language would become this important now, as we live in a vastly changing world that no one can expect what is the most important language tomorrow.

He pointed out that the university student should participate in student activities and be open to the other to develop his own capabilities and develop his gains within the Faculty to benefit from them after his graduation, and he explained that the Faculty is working to provide all means of comfort for students by all available means, pointing out that there are two departments of youth welfare and the Solidarity Fund to provide all facilities to students.

As Prof. Dr. Youmna Safwat, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, affirmed that the community service and environmental development sector in the Faculty offers many awareness and cultural seminars and provides the possibility of field training for Faculty students for 60 hours divided over four years to qualify students for the job market before they graduate.

She also referred to the literacy project as it is a national necessity and not optional for students, and one of the conditions for graduation, stressing that the project aims to eradicate illiteracy for at least four people for each student, and the student will also receive a reward of 250 pounds for every successful mother, and the university will pay the expenses Study on behalf of the student in the following academic year in the event that more than four students have literacy eradication.
