Announcement of Scholarships provided by Richard Blaschka Program for the academic year 2022/2023

The Scholarships Welfare Office at Ain Shams University announces that Vienna Cultural Office to the Central Administration of Missions regarding the Austrian Academic Exchange Authority’s announcement of grants from the Richard Plaschka Postdoctoral Studies Program. Recipients of the Richard Plaschka Fellowship can also work as visiting researchers in university and institute departments in Austria and conduct their specialized studies in libraries and archives or research institutes.

Target group: PhD students - PhD holders - post-doctoral students or researchers in the field of history and archaeology.

Duration: 4 to 18 months.

Financial aspects: The scholarship includes a monthly amount, transportation allowance, assistance in providing housing and health insurance.

Application deadline: March 1, 2022, and September 15, 2022.
