Intensive activity of the Center of Papyrus Studies and Inscriptions at Ain Shams University

The Center for Papyrus Studies and Inscriptions at Ain Shams University is witnessing an intensive scientific activity. The Center organizes a number of training courses and workshops. This was stated by Prof. Noha Salem Director of the Center.

She explained that the activities of these workshops and training courses start with the beginning of October next in the headquarters of the center and training and give lectures a group of specialists in the fields of papyrus texts and ancient languages.

The workshop on “Readings in Greek Papyrus Texts” was opened by Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Maghraby, Professor at Alexandria University, starting from 1 October 2019 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Examine the formats of these documents and then read the application on an unpublished document of the same topic.

On Wednesday, October 2, the ancient Egyptian language course (hieroglyphics) will begin for one month. Marwa Rajai, Faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University.
