On Monday, June 26, Ain Shams University is holding an artistic carnival to celebrate the end of the academic year. Three of the university's choirs, " Rouh Elsharq Choir, Arabic Harmony Choir, and Coral On" will be performing in front of the Zaffran Palace on the main campus at ten o'clock in the morning.
Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini, President of the University, and Prof. Abdel-Fattah Saoud, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, with the leaders of the three choirs, "Mr. Mahmoud Waheed, Mr. Mahmoud Saber, and Mr. Mahmoud "Chitos". During the meeting, Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini announced the intention of the university administration to hold an artistic carnival that the members of the university council will witness on the occasion of The end of the academic year to be a distinguished tradition for Ain Shams University in the celebration of its students at the end of the academic year.
In a friendly dialogue, the leader of each choir reviewed what distinguishes his team, the history of each choir, and the most important bright stations that each choir had.
Prof. Mahmoud El-Meteini confirmed that the university administration is keen to support the three choirs and provide all the different training to develop their performance to appear more professional.
During the meeting, Prof. Abdel Fattah Saoud referred to the fame of the three choirs, which is the most widespread and famous student activity, whether in terms of media coverage or various social networking sites, as well as the interest and praise of a number of great artists for the distinguished performance of the choirs.
Stressing that this is the result of a great effort and an organized strategy taken by the education sector and students years ago, which aims to expand the base of participation in student activities while providing all support in its various forms, whether it is technical, logistical and material support so that Ain Shams University and our beloved homeland will be the biggest winner in graduating conscious and promising youth at the high level of science and creativity.
