Within the framework of cooperation between the Department of History, the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, and the Egyptian Society for Historical Studies, a symposium entitled "American Secret Diplomacy and Egypt before the October 1973 War", during the symposium, Prof. Dr. Gamal Shakra, Professor of Modern and Contemporary History at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, gave a lecture on Saturday 19 / 11/2022 at the association’s headquarters.

The symposium is moderated by Prof. Dr. Fatin Ahmed Farid, Professor of Modern and Contemporary History at the Faculty of Education, Suez Canal University.
