Consumer Protection… A workshop at the Center for Legal and Economic Studies at the Faculty of Law

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, the Center of Legal and Economic Studies at the Faculty of Law, under

the supervision of Dr. Sally Samir, Director of the Center, organizes a workshop on “Consumer Protection” during the period from 10/22/2022 to 24 10/2022 at 4:00 p.m.

The workshop targets students - lawyers - who are interested in the field of consumer protection - ordinary and electronic consumers. At the end of the workshop, the trainee will become aware and familiar with:

1. The Consumer Protection Law and the role of the Consumer Protection Agency.

2. Conditions of legal protection for the ordinary and electronic consumer.

3. Replacement and Return Policy (Cases and Exceptions)

Egyptian university students are given a 40% discount on the value of the workshop subscription, Ain Shams University students are given a 50% discount, and graduate students, lawyers, judicial bodies and police officers are given a 35% discount.

Those who wish to participate must go to the Center for Legal and Economic Studies at the Faculty of Law - Ain Shams University - the fourth floor, building (A) to register their names well before the start of the program, bearing in mind that the student is granted an approved and sealed certificate from the college, and the workshop is considered one of the workshops for doctoral students.
