Ain Shams University organizes a workshop for university leaders

Based on the keenness of Ain Shams University, headed by Prof. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, of the importance of human capacity development, enhance individual competence and institutional excellence and contribute efficiently and effectively in the development and training of faculty members and workers, which contributes to the building and development of administrative systems, support and raise the efficiency of the administrative system, and in cooperation with Dr. Sherifa Sheref, Director of the National Institute of Management, Ain Shams University organizes a workshop for university leaders entitled how to build a successful team building team shop in the presence of a. Dr. Mahmoud El-Metini, President of the University, Vice-Chancellors and Deans of the Faculties at 9:00 am on Sunday, 10/11 at Al Massa Hotel.

Prof. Dr. Nazmi Abdul Hamid, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, explained that a comprehensive assessment will be made for the university employees, especially for those who are 55 years old. He added that the university has already made an assessment of the number of 150 workers to identify weaknesses and remedies through specialized training programs for each area.
